Where to start

Three capability paths

Choose the shape that matches the problem — then open the service that goes with it.

  • Business websites

Problem. Customers search for what you do and never find a site that earns their trust or enquiry.

Typical functionality. Service and area pages, enquiry forms, measurement and SEO structure.

Suitable for. Contractors, practices and service firms that live on quotes and call-outs.

    Damtech — live project

    Business website service

  • Ecommerce & product catalogues

Problem. Your range lives in PDFs or a template store that neither ranks nor matches how buyers purchase.

Typical functionality. Catalogue or checkout, RFQ baskets, SA payments and product SEO — chosen to fit the commercial model.

Suitable for. Manufacturers, distributors and sellers deciding between quote and cart.

    Compare commerce models

    Ecommerce service

  • Portals & custom systems

Problem. Spreadsheets and email threads are running operations that need roles, records and status.

Typical functionality. Admin panels, RFQ/quotation tools, customer portals and authenticated workflows.

Suitable for. Quote-driven and multi-user operations that outgrew shared files.

    Proplytic — internal product

  3. 03

    Interface & conversion

    Hierarchy, trust and enquiry pathways

Page structure, proof placement, forms and RFQ flows designed before development begins.

    Output: Approved interactive prototype

  4. 04

    Build & measure

    Server-rendered, budgeted, documented

Fast semantic pages, structured data, analytics events and handover you can operate.

Common questions

How much does a website cost?

Our published indicative ranges: one-page sites R4 500–R8 500, starter business websites R9 500–R18 000, professional lead-generation sites R22 000–R45 000, product catalogues R35 000–R70 000, ecommerce R45 000–R110 000, and custom systems from R65 000 with paid discovery first. Every project gets a fixed itemised quote after scoping — the ranges exist so you can budget before we talk. All figures are indicative and confirmed in your quote.

What are your payment terms?

Typically a deposit to schedule the project, a milestone payment at structure/draft approval, and the balance at launch — set out exactly in your quote. Support plans bill monthly. We do not launch sites that are not paid for, and we do not hold your domain hostage; ownership terms are written into every agreement.

Are there hidden or ongoing costs?

The unavoidable ongoing costs are your domain (roughly R100–R200 per year for a .co.za) and hosting, which for most business sites is modest. Support plans are optional and published. Anything project-specific — premium integrations, large content loads — appears itemised in the quote, never as a surprise afterwards.
