Search impressionsWeekly totals from 25 April to 4 September 2026. Each column is seven days. 5 September is included in the after-period totals but is not plotted, so the last column is not an eight-day spike. Axes start at zero. The week of 27 June–3 July straddles launch.

What the work had to solve
No accurate screenshot of the previous homepage is published here. The before panel is the commercial brief Koppie Systems was hired to solve; the delivered frames are live captures of dam-tech.co.za.
Before
The commercial and quoting problem
Buyers researching dam linings, steel reservoirs and waterproofing needed clear service pages and a way to request a quote without email ping-pong. Internally, Damtech needed structured RFQs, priced quotations and PDF output instead of rebuilding every quote by hand from scattered price lists.

What Koppie Systems delivered
Scope below is taken from the production codebase and the published case-study record. It is capability delivered, not a ranking guarantee. See SEO website development or start with a website redesign when an existing site already has search equity to protect.
Public site and information architecture
Public marketing site — services, regional pages, project showcase, FAQ, contact and thank-you flows
Service-led routes for lining types, reservoirs, waterproofing and regional queries
Technical calculators that can prefill the quote pathway
Search foundations
Server-rendered pages, metadata helpers and internal links between services, projects, calculators and contact
Sitemap, robots and www canonical management
Product schema for the tank catalogue, added 13 August 2026 after the July launch
Quoting and operations
Validated, rate-limited RFQ intake into an admin inbox
Admin quotation platform with line items, revisions, preview and PDF output
Pricing administration for materials, labour, travel, equipment and tank models, including CSV import
Current non-branded search footprint

Demand from the intended South African market
88%
of recorded Search Console clicks in the rolling six-month window came from South Africa (686 of 777). The SEO architecture is aimed at the domestic market Damtech serves, not at untargeted international impressions.

Product snippets
Rolling six-month snapshot — not a launch comparison
Product snippets appeared 1,708 times and generated 47 clicks in the current Search Console window (2.75% CTR, average position 21.55).
Koppie Systems added Product schema with the tank catalogue on 13 August 2026, after the July website launch. This figure is current visibility, not a before-and-after result of the 1 July redesign.
How these figures were compared
Performance compares equal 67-day periods immediately before and after the approximately 1 July 2026 launch: 25 April–30 June 2026 and 1 July–5 September 2026. Data is from Google Search Console at property level and is complete through 5 September 2026. Average position is impression-weighted. Search performance can also be influenced by seasonality, demand, competition and indexation maturity. Clicks are not customers; impressions are not leads. Page-level hostname variants (www and non-www) were not added together.
Clicks are visits from Google Search, not customers, leads or sales. Another business should not expect the same percentage change.
Your website should do more than look professional
It should help the right customers find, understand and contact your business. Koppie Systems builds websites and quoting systems for industrial, construction, engineering, agricultural and service companies — the same shape of work as Damtech.
Damtech’s click and impression change is what we observed in Search Console across these two windows. It is not a guarantee that another site will see the same percentage growth. Organic clicks are not customers, and we do not publish lead or sales totals for this project.
